re: The BASIC CIVIL RIGHT to a FAIR trial.

 

We, the undersigned, do petition the U.S. Senators and Representatives of our state to cosponsor bills and support the enactment of laws to make it a federal CRIME as well as TORT for any attorney at law (who is therefore also an OFFICER of the court) to SUBORN (aid and/or elicit) PERJURY from any witness (including but not limited to the client) in any court in the nation. Such an unethical act violates the basic civil right to a fair trial for any citizen/opponent - whether that opponent is a defendant, a plaintiff or "the PEOPLE" of any state. Further, these lawyers’ misdeeds violate the 9th and 14th Amendments as well as the Preamble of our Constitution which guarantee both establishing and protecting such BASIC RIGHTS to ALL citizens.
